1 Acceptance of Terms

2 Member Eligibility

• The bank account used for withdrawals must be registered under the same name as the top77 account

5 Bonus & Promotions

• Conducting any money laundering activities through the platform

• Attempting to access restricted sections of the platform or its administrative systems
• Placing bets with the intent to manipulate or defraud the payment system

Top77 reserves the right to pursue legal action against any party proven to have committed fraud, identity theft, or any cybercrime involving our platform. Such cases will be reported to the relevant authorities without any prior notice to the parties involved.

• Top77's maximum liability to any member under any circumstances is limited to the total amount deposited by that member within the 30 days preceding the claim

10 Account Termination

Top77 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any member's account at any time for the following reasons without prior notice:

• Fraud, identity falsification, or other illegal activities involving your account
• Holding multiple active accounts simultaneously
• Systematic bonus abuse or exploitation of system vulnerabilities
• Account closure requested by the member themselves for any reason
• Member found to be under 18 years of age at the time of registration

If an account is terminated due to a Terms violation, any balance remaining in the account may be forfeited depending on the severity of the breach. Members who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting our support team, and any legitimate balance will be returned upon completion of the verification process.

11 Amendment of Terms
